Condolence: My heart is saddened to learn of Jean's passing. I will miss the Sunday evening calls from her. Jean was the most loyal friend anyone could have. I remember her daily visits to our little store, Granny's. she would pick up trash outside on her way in. Just to be helpful. But she always made the extra steps to the phone booth to check to see if anyone forgot their quarters in the coin return. I will never forget one spring when the snow was thawing and she checked that phone booth and noticed a $50 bill frozen in the snow. She got it! Then she was only concerned about returning it to the one that list it. Eventually she would keep it. Rest in peace my beautiful friend!
Condolence: I was very sad to find out this long time friend had passed. Jean and I had been neighbors for 11 years and friends for 27 years. There was not a week that went by that we did not talk. We shared many memories. She would always ask how my kids were doing and would love to see picks of my grandkids when we would get together for lunch. I am disappointed that I was unable to come to pay my last respects. May you rest in peace Jean-O
