Dear friend Cathy and families. Larry and I cannot tell you how sad and sorry we are for the passing of Alan. We wish we could have been there at this time. Just so you ALL know, your in our thoughts and prayers. I'm so glad I did get to know him somewhat from the Saturday auctions at the Christian school. Our talks were fun, and he was a friendly kinda man. God Bless you all. Hope you stop in and see you in the early spring when we're back to Nashville...
To my Dad #2, my favorite storyteller, my favorite pirate, the man who could push me or push my buttons, the man I had the privilege to call not only my father in law but my friend...to say you will be missed would be an understatement. You made every gathering a little brighter, every bad situation a little less rough, and every person you met an old pal. I fought with you just like I would my real father, and loved you just as much. I hope you are enjoying a nice cold beer around the fire with Larry in your lap and your Dad and Linda by your side. Save one for me and keep it cold, this isn't goodbye, but until I see you again.
Mr. Lentz was an awesome principal when he was working at Meadowview school in Charlotte, Michigan. He was also the main person to bring music to Tuesday Night program when the adult disabilities have their dances. He will be missed for sure.
Thank you Al for being so devoted to G-A Schools, staff, students and our community. I am honored to have called you my dear friend. A piece of my heart is forever broken from you leaving this world. I know you are running around with Larry in heaven. Love you and miss you so much already. Prayers going out to your family.
