Obituary for Durinda Cross
Durinda “Rindy” Sue Cross, age 70, of Charlotte, MI, passed away January 16, 2023 at ECHRS.
Rindy was born in Haslett, MI August 26, 1952, to Helen (Mix) Wellman and J.D. Cross. She grew up in the Vermontville area, attended Maple Valley Schools and always considered Vermontville her hometown.
Rindy was a spontaneous, free spirit and always up for an adventure. At the mention of a road trip, she was ready to go with little or no planning. She was an avid collector of lighthouses and loved to take trips to see them around Michigan. She worked for several years at Magna Donnelly Corporation in Alto, MI, and in later years was content in her role as homemaker and guardian of her two granddaughters.
Rindy is survived by her sister Patricia Cross, her son Brandon Cross, and her two granddaughters Hailey Cross and Megan Kesler.

Cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life memorial service Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 3:00pm at Daniels Funeral Home in Nashville. There will be a luncheon served at the funeral home immediately following the service.
