Lisa Jean Nurenberg, age 50, of Hastings, MI, passed away Tuesday, June 15th, at Hastings Rehabilitation Center.
Lisa was born in Lansing, MI on July 17, 1970, daughter of the late Bonnie (Curtis) and James Brighton.
She was raised in the Lake Odessa area and attended local schools graduating from Lakewood High School in 1989.
Lisa spent a portion of her working career employed at Carl's market where she served in several different capacities, and filled multiple different jobs during her time.
The pride of Lisa's life were her children and grand children. The memories of time spent together will be forever cherished and preserved in the many scrap books that Lisa has lovingly made throughout the years. Time together typically included sharing a delicious meal, playing card games, laughing and simply enjoying being together as a family.
Lisa is survived by her son Zackary (Danielle) Nurenberg, her two daughters Amber (Nate Hurless) Nurenberg, Ashley Nurenberg, two brothers, Jamie (Jamie) Brighton, Jay (Angie) Brighton, and her 3 grand children Elijah, Elliott, & Emellyn Nurenberg.
A celebration of Lisa's life will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, July 9th, 2021 at Daniels Funeral Home in Nashville, MI.
