Perry (Joe) Mire, age 63, passed away, January 31, 2021. Joe was born March 26, 1957, the son of Henry and Anna (Lance) Mire.

Joe was a farmer at heart with a work ethic that was unmatched. His favorite was planting corn. Joe worked with his best friend, from childhood, Darrell Newton of Newton Family Farm. He started working in 1978. Joe was like one of their family and he was loved by them all.

Surviving Joe are brothers, Henry, Jerry (Jackie), Max (Sheila), Harlow (Tammy), John Abbott, sisters, Connie (David) Berkimer, Kathy Abbott as well as many nieces and nephew.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents and his stepdad, Robert Abbott, brother Eli and sister Penny Oberlin.

Visitation will be held on Saturday February 6, 2021, one hour prior to the funeral service beginning at 10:00 AM at the Daniels Funeral Home in Nashville, MI.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday February 6, 2021 at the Daniels Funeral Home in Nashville, MI with Joe's friend Thomas Newton officiating.
