Mrs. Charlotte Carmoney, 77, of Nashville passed away Thursday, December 31st, 2020 at Sparrow Hospital, in Lansing, IMI.

Charlotte was born in Lansing, MI on September 25, 1943, the daughter of the late Clarence Eldridge and Nellie Ramsey.

She was raised in the Charlotte area and attended local schools graduating from Charlotte High School in 1962

She was the wife of Raymond Carmoney. The couple was marred on October 28, 1961, at The Charlotte Baptist Church. They began their lives in the Charlotte area until moving to the Nashville area in 1965. Charlotte took great pride in the care of her family and their needs often came before her own. While her family was growing, they enjoyed camping together in Northern Michigan, and later at the summer campsite at Snow Lake Kampground in Fenwick, MI.

Charlotte enjoyed shopping! Christmas was her favorite time of year, and she often began her Christmas gift shopping very early. "Black Friday", was an annual tradition, with Charlotte mapping her route days in advance to be the first in line when the stores opened. In her quite time, she enjoyed doing word search puzzles and playing a game of Yahtzee. She also enjoyed spending time with her sisters, and most recently they all took a well deserved vacation to the East Coast.

Charlotte is survived by her beloved husband Raymond, her son,Bruce (Kitty) Carmoney, two sisters, Linda (John) Jane, Phyllis (Larry) Belcher, a brother, Ernest Ramsey, 6 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren

She was preceded death by her daughter Brenda Carpenter, her brother Everett Eldridge, and great grandson Dante.

Funeral Services will be held at The Daniels Funeral Home, Nashville, MI, at 1 PM on Wednesday, January 6th, 2021 with Pastor Charles Jensen officiating.

The family will receive visitors Wednesday from 11AM until the funeral at The Daniels Funeral Home in Nashville, MI.

Interment will take place privately at Lakeview Cemetery in Nashville, MI.

There will be a time of fellowship and luncheon immediately following the funeral service at the Daniels Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
