Life Story for Mackenzie R. Simmons
Mackenzie Simmons
Mr. Mackenzie "Mack" Simmons, age 18, of Battle Creek,MI (Formerly of East Bethel Minnesota) passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 18th, 2019 at his grandparents home in Hastings.
Mack was born in Crowne Point, IN on November 10, 2000, the son of Robert and Angelica (Kunkel).
Mack was raised in Minnesota with his mother and attended local schools, looking forward to graduating in the spring of 2019.
Mack loved music and most recently began writing his own music. He enjoyed riding and working on go-carts and LOVED Hungry Howies Pizza. He often joked about sending some Hungry Howies Pizza back home because there are none where they lived. He was a a very talented artist, and his goal was to open his own tatoo shop/ massage parlor.
Mackenzie is also survived by a sister, Cecelia Simmons, four half brothers, Daniel Simmons, Brandon Simmons, Christian Simmons, and Brant Wilson, and a half sister, Kylie Meeder.
He is also survived by his grandparents Art (Kathy) Simmons, Jenny (Steve) Karas, great grandmother Theresa Rehbine
Funeral Services will be held at The Daniels Funeral Home, Nashville, MI, at 10 AM on Friday, April 26th, .
The family will receive visitors om Wednesday from 5-6 PM at The Daniels Funeral Home.
