She was married to Mr. Robert Stutz on October 3rd, 1941 in Hastings, MI where the couple made their home together raising their three daughters. Spending time with family was always something she looked forward too, and was known for cooking for anyone who was attending a family event. The couple enjoyed spending summers camping in Barryton Michigan, and welcomed family and friends during the warm summer months. After retiring Bob & Pearl enjoyed spending the winter months traveling throughout the Western United States. Florida was always a special destination especially during Major League Baseball's spring training. They enjoyed visiting the ballpark taking in a game during those early spring months.

Pearl & Bob were lifelong members of the First Presbyterian Church in Hastings and were very active for many years. Pearl was a faithful "greeter", who each Sunday provided church goers with her welcoming smile.
