I have known Earl for a while now since marrying in to the Miller family in 1999. I have also had the pleasure of working with him over the past 6 or 7 years. I'm going to miss our conversations. He would quiz me often about what everyone in the family was up to. It is a big family so there was always something new. In working with Earl, he always wanted to make sure the parts were machined right. And when my prints were missing some detail he would kindly point it out. As they say iron sharpens iron.
