Luella J. Faulkner

Mrs. Luella J. Faulkner, age 75, of Nashville passed away Wednesday, September 16th, 2015 at Magnum Care, Hastings, MI.

Luella was born in Muskegon, MI on November 15, 1939, the daughter of the late Charles and Victoria (Jones) Huss. She was raised in the Vermontville and Nashville area and attended local schools graduating from W.K. Kellogg in 1958. She continued her education studying Cosmetology at Wright's Beauty Academy

She was the wife of Mr. Ronnie Faulkner. The couple met while both working in a nursing home in Sequim Washington. The couple was married on February 5, 1972. They made their home together Sequim Washington for a short time before moving to Missouri. They relocated to the Nashville area to be closer to her family in 1975.

Luella worked as a Home Health Care Aide for over 20 years, before retiring in 2003

Luella enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and tending to her garden and plants. She took great pride in taking care of her family and cherished her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed time with her family camping the Newaygo area was always a favorite destination.

Luella is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years Ronnie, three daughters, Teresa Dale
Rebecca (Jimmie) Cadena, Ronda (Robert) Carmichael, son Lawrence (Randi) Dale
a step daughter, Tracy (Brett) Baker, her sister, Betty Smith and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death her daughter Luella Joanne Dale, daughter Angie Faulkner, her five brothers Steve, Richard, William, & Charles Huss, and Vernon "Butch" Bollinger, her sisters Mable and Marjorie

Funeral Services will be held at The Daniels Funeral Home, Nashville, MI, at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 22nd, with Minister Tim Root officiating.

The family will receive visitors on Monday September 21, 2015 from 6-8 PM at The Daniels Funeral Home in Nashville, MI.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Alzheimer's Society.
